| "Tim" Paradiso, a licensed Real Estate
Broker for over thirty six years has his GRI and CRS and CRB designations
and completed the GRI Real Estate Masters Series, is a past President of
the Venice Area Board of Realtors, a Realtor of The Year plus 1989,1990
and 1996 recipient of the Board Presidential Award, 1998 Special Service
Award and a two time winner of the Venice Area MLS Salesperson of the Year.
He is year 2000 Venice Board Vice President/Secretary and Venice Main Street
Secretary. "Tim" has competed in over 15 marathons and 40 plus
triathlons throughout the country including The Boston Marathon. He enjoys
